2) Continual Rise of TikTok
The incredible rise of TikTok has seen an increase in the popularity of short form video, particularly those that focus on entertainment.
It's important to point out that Instagram are now penalising the reposing of content taken directly from TikTok (it's likely other channels will do the same soon), so you will need to post similar style content natively on each platform instead.
3) Engagement is Crucial
Algorithms are now crediting engagement - they are even encouraging this with the promise of introducing new ways to help stimulate two-way communication. For example, Instagram is rumoured to be releasing the option to comment on post and reply to comments using GIFs.
Make sure you are able to set some time aside each day to engage with relevant accounts!
