About

Nobody Left Behind is a community interest company that focuses on helping at-risk young people (aged 16-25yrs) and disadvantaged families get into meaningful and sustainable employment.

Campaign Goals

The overarching goal was to increase brand awareness in order to increase participation, as well as attract investors and partnering companies.

This was a brand new campaign; no social media activity had taken place prior to our involvement. It was therefore important to ensure that each of the channels (Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn) were optimised in order to instantly communicate what they do and help reach a wide an audience as possible.

The lack of resources and knowledge of how to plan and execute a consistent social media content schedule

Difficulty with using brand images in a way that communicated their key messages

Had to grow their social media channels from scratch - they didn't have any followers across any of their main channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter)

Difficulty in being able to communicate a balance of messages that resonated with their four main target audiences: current participants, potential participants, thought-leaders in the social care space, and investors/partners.

What We Did

Set the foundations for Nobody Left Behind to continue with a successful social media campaign by providing them with a content templates and a detailed strategy for them to execute

Implemente a consistent content schedule of a minimum of 3 posts per week across all of thier channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter)

Identified a clear brand voice that communicated the values of the organisation from a position of strength and empathy

Increased the number of followers across all platforms:

- Instagram: 0 - 1,124 followers

- LinkedIn: 0 - 684 followers

- Twitter: 0 - 458 followers​

Organised and led photoshoots with the Nobody Left Behind team as well as participated in community trips to capture activities that took place

Communicated key information through Instagram story highlights such as 'Success Stories', 'Ambassadors', 'Our Team' and 'About Us'
