ABOUT

Halls Interiors & Renovations are a family-owned business based in Boston, Lincolnshire, specialising in custom-built kitchens and bathrooms.

CAMPAIGN GOALS

At the time when the campaign began, they had reached a point where they didn't have the capacity to take on any more clients. Because of this, the primary goal of the campaign was to increase brand awareness in order to help build a stead pipeline ready for the spring and summer period.

CHALLENGES

  • The time to create and publish content on a consistent basis

  • Challenge with articulating their brand voice through graphics and captions on social media

​

  • Creating on-brand content that both stood out in each newsfeed and represented them as a brand

​

WHAT WE DID

  • Created and are currently implementing a consistent content schedule (a minimum of 5 posts per week)

​

  • Created and optimised their Pinterest channel - a brand new platform for the business to be able to showcase their designs to people who are likely to be searching for design ideas/inspiration

​

 

  • Provided the guidance and tools they needed in order to run a well-organised email marketing campaign to support social media activity

​

  • Creating Instagram highlights of key brand information

BEFORE

  • Posts which lacked purpose with an intended outcome unclear

​

  • Posts which included captions that were difficult to read

 

  • Poor reach on each post

​

  • A lack of variety in content types

​

  • A poor use of hashtags to help reach intended target audiences

AFTER

  • Introduced a consistent content schedule that focused on a minimum of 3 posts per week

​

  • Ensured that the most relevant hashtags were used to gain a better reach, particularly in the local area (Boston, Lincolnshire

​

  • Introduced Reels into their content strategy to increase reach and engagement

​

  • Created key story highlights such as 'Reviews' and 'Our Process' to showcase important information

​

  • Kicked off their own Pinterest page as this was identified as a key channel to reach their desired target audience
