More House School
About
More House School is the largest school of its kind in Britain, offering a full range of specialist support, particularly for boys with specific learning and language-based difficulties, including Dyslexia, Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) and Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD).
Campaign Goals
The overarching goal of this campaign was to increase positive brand sentiment with More House School's key target audiences including parents of current students, current students, past students, and thought-leaders int the education sector.
Challenges
The lack of resources and knowledge of how to plan and execute a consistent social media content schedule
A misunderstanding of their original brand guidelines that had previously caused errors in the colours used across content
Difficulty identifying and delivery a clear brand voice across their social media channels
Difficulty in producing on-brand content that enables the golf club to be easily identifiable on social media feeds
What We Did
Increased engagement across all channels by 150%
Identified and amended an error in their brand guidelines and advised on how they should be improved
Created story highlights on the club's Instagram page to communicate key information such as 'Customer Revies' and 'Memberships'
Identified and created a content plan that ensured the school were commenting on key topics in the educational sector contributing to their reputation as a thought leader in special needs education
Created social media content templates that has enabled the school to easily produce high quality content on a consistent basis without support after the campaign had finished

"Matt's work ethic and knowledge is a major reason why I highly recommend You're Social!"
“We had been seeking to explore certain untapped opportunities through our social media presence. Matt implemented the patterns and analysis we needed in order to better understand our stakeholder engagement. This led to a serious increase in recognised engagement and subsequent communication with a far broader community, including colleagues in other schools.
“Matt was personable, thoughtful, kind and considerate, particularly at a time when teacher workloads are typically at a peak, something we are seeking to avoid wherever possible.
“His flexibility meant that colleagues continued to work at their pace, not one dictated to them, which made the experience and partnership effective but also enjoyable.
”I would certainly partner with Matt again in the future, and we are extremely grateful for the progress he made.”
